It all began in 1955 with the creation of the Restaurant Pavillon—envisioned as a gourmet stop for visitors exploring the Gaalgebierg Park. A place to pause, refresh, and indulge, all while taking in breathtaking panoramic views over the south of Luxembourg.
When the site was taken over in 1999, it began a new chapter. Inspired by their love for nature, outdoor living, authentic cuisine, and excellence in every detail, the new owners breathed fresh life into this remarkable location. In 2010, they brought The Seven Hotel to life—a stylish, contemporary, and inviting hotel in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.
